Pentland Property Services can also act as sub contractors where we can roof new extensions and attic conversions.  This work can include new dormers or velux roof windows or a combination of both, all to meet current local authority specifications.

We have a customer base that we get a lot of referrals from being a partnership we undertake the work ourselves not employees.
